Teaching

This is a teaching practice. For a period of six or twelve months, a G. P. Registrar joins the practice and is available for consultation. He or she will be a fully qualified doctor who will have worked mainly in the hospital, and will be gaining the experience required to become a general practitioner. You may be asked to take part in a video recording of a consultation for training purposes only. If so, written permission will be requested and you are at liberty to refuse.

We also have medical students who visit the surgery regularly from Brighton & Sussex Medical School. They are closely supervised and will only be present at a consultation with the patient’s full agreement.
