Management Team

Fran Kittle and Sarah Rippin provide key support to the Practice Manager and they have key responsibilities in I.T and the medical secretarial and administration team.

Receptionist staff

Liz Beer and Eve Stanford are the Senior Receptionists reponsible for the smooth running of the reception, appointments and enquiries line and have a very capable team of receptionists that report to them.

Please remember our receptionists have a very difficult task to perform, and that they must follow the doctors’ instructions. Please understand that they may need to ask a few questions when dealing with certain requests, particularly when assessing urgency. We appreciate that patients with medical needs are sometimes distressed and hope that our staff’s professional manner and courteous approach creates a helpful atmosphere.
