Practice Manager

Josiane Wadey MSc

Josiane is responsible for the overall running of the Practice and is pleased to help with any general enquiries you may have. Her experience and knowledge of the practice enables her to help with any non-medical aspects of your health care and treatment. Suggestions and complaints should be directed to her. If you are in doubt who to speak to regarding a specific problem, please do not hesitate to ask for her.

Fran Kittle

Provides key support to the Practice Manager and deputises for Josiane in her absence.  She also has key responsibilities in data quality and information technology.

Adminstration Team

Sarah Rippin, Andrea Giles, Lianne Coleman and Becky Davey all provide support to the entire practice team and ensure the smooth adminstrative running of the practice.

Receptionist staff

Liz Beer and Eve Stanford are the Senior Receptionists reponsible for the smooth running of the reception, appointments and enquiries line and have a very capable team of receptionists that report to them.
Please remember our receptionists have a very difficult task to perform, and that they must follow the doctors’ instructions. Please understand that they may need to ask a few questions when dealing with certain requests, particularly when assessing urgency. We appreciate that patients with medical needs are sometimes distressed and hope that our staff’s professional manner and courteous approach creates a helpful atmosphere.
