Newsflash - Minor Illness Clinics


Julie and Michelle (Senior Nurse Prescribers) are now running minor illness clinics are are able to see the following:

Allergies & bites (insect, animal and human), Boils, Catarrh, Cellulitis, Chicken pox, Cold sores, Colds and flu, Contraception/emergency contraception, Constipation, Cystitis, Dermatitis, Diarrhoea and vomiting, Ear infections, Eye infections, Genital warts, Hay fever, Head lice, Impetigo, Mouth infections, Period pains, piles, Rashes, Ringworm, Shingles, Threadworms,Throat, urinary, and chest infections, Thrush, Urticaria, Vaginal Discharge, Warts & verrucaes and Wound infections.

Please ring to make an appointment with Julie & Michelle in the minor illness clinics daily - Monday to Friday and they will be very happy to see you.

Health Visitor Clinics in Surgery

A targeted Development Assessment/Health Promotion service is offered. Appointments arranged with parents.

Child Health


Drop in child health clinics are held weekly at the Surgery, on Thursday from 1.00-3.00pm.

Community Midwives

Midwives attend the surgery every Thursday morning, and appointments can be made via the receptionists in the surgery. They also attend patients at home after delivery.
