Community Phlebotomist Sylvia Sylvia is responsible for the taking of blood samples requested by the hospital or GP The District Nursing team are responsible for giving nursing care, support and advice to those people suffering acute, long-term and terminal illnesses, both in their own homes and within residential care. They can be contacted:- MONDAY – FRIDAY 8.30 am– 4.30pm on 01903 21029. Health Visitors Your Health Visitors are employed by the PCT and change periodically. Josie Ross (Nursery Nurse) They can be contacted on 01903 233049/821757 The role of your Health Visitor is to improve Public Health by working with individuals, families and communities. In this surgery, the main focus of our work is families with children from birth to 5 years. (We can also see all new patients up to 14 years old) And we help with smoking cessation and health promotion. |
